Implementing large scale web projects is no easy task, but it’s a task perfectly suited for Tom. He is an effective, encouraging and supportive leader who is highly adaptable to any and all circumstances. You couldn’t ask for a better teammate. Working with him for upwards of three years has allowed me to see the qualities he brings to the table first-hand. I can’t even begin to list how many things Tom has taught me about site design, the importance of user experience, and marketing collateral. His keen eye for detail is remarkable and will take him far in his professional career. In general, Tom’s just a pleasure to be around. There were so many instances where the office was in low spirits and he livened things up by playing music, having thoughtful conversations and just being an all-around good person.
