AudioNova, a Sonova-owned network of audiological care clinics, delivers expert hearing care and cutting-edge hearing aids through one of the world’s largest networks. As a Brand Manager, I led my team in understanding and executing a refreshed brand strategy, collaborating with Copywriters, Account Executives, and Data Analysts to amplify our branding and effectively target our audience. I mentored the team on design best practices and developed key digital marketing assets, including video ads, display ads, and landing pages, all with a focus on generating qualified leads (55+ with hearing loss or existing hearing aid users).

Through my expertise, I was able to accomplish the following:

  1. Aligned Meta video ads with brand strategy, reducing cost per qualified lead by 50%.
  2. Produced video content for Google Ads, cutting cost per lead by 36%.
  3. Designed new retargeting and display ads, lowering cost per qualified lead by 50%.
  4. Improved lead form with content splash pages, increasing form completion by 40%.
  5. Optimized landing pages, achieving a 45% drop in cost per qualified lead and a 2.7x boost in attended appointments.
